Limits and how it works
Up to 5 MiB, 20 sheets, 10,000 rows per sheet, 200 columns and 100,000 cells overall. Choose a sheet to export; each download contains only that sheet. Text and leading zeros are preserved. XLSX dates become ISO strings; links become text, with no active formulas, styling, charts or merged cells.
What changes during conversion
CSV supports UTF-8, Windows-1252 and UTF-16LE with comma, semicolon or tab delimiters. Every row must have the same number of columns. XLSX formulas are not calculated: their saved results are used, or empty cells if unavailable. Output CSV is UTF-8 with BOM; cells that might execute as formulas are prefixed with an apostrophe, including negative numbers. Output XLSX contains literal text. XLS, XLSM and encrypted workbooks are not supported.
